5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

The kg 999 weekly reload offer gives a 20% bonus once per week on any deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus (minimum deposit ৳300). The kg 999 Slot Festival reward gives a 50% bonus on deposits once per day for slot games, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

• All bonus offers have their own expiry period — they will be cancelled if not claimed within the specified time.
• The friend referral reward (up to ৳3,000) and the birthday special gift (up to ৳2,000) are subject to their respective terms.

6 Gaming Rules

All casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services offered at kg 999 are operated through trusted game providers. It is each player's responsibility to follow the individual rules of each game.

6.1 Sports Betting

When participating in sports betting, the rules of the event that determines the outcome of the bet will apply. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is generally treated as void and the stake is refunded.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the applicable wagering requirements have been met before an account is closed, the available balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activities, the balance may not be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability
